This is an application for a certificate of urgency in order to enable court to hear an application in court’s vacation. That the applicants filed an application with merit and another to stay of execution. That court is on vacation yet there is a threat of execution of the orders appealed against while the respondents are in a haste to alter the status quo. The application was brought under the wrong law and the applicant being Muslim swore an affidavit instead of affirming which court disregarded for the benefit of substantive justice.
