The Traffic and Road Safety (Authorised Emergency Motor Vehicle) Order, 2017.
(Under section 123(5) o f the Traffic and Road Safety Act. 1998. Cap. 361)
In e x e r c i s e of the powers conferred upon the Minister responsible for transport by section 123(5) o f the Traffic and Road Safety Act, 1998, and in consultation with the Chief Licensing Officer, this Order is made this 9th day of January, 2017.

1. Title.
This Order may be cited as the Traffic and Road Safety (Authorised Emergency Motor Vehicle) Order, 2017.

2. Designation of authorised emergency motor vehicles.
The official motor vehicle of the Principal Judge is designated as an authorised emergency motor vehicle.
