The Physical Planning (Declaration of Special Planning Areas)

Instrument, 2012.

(Made under section 24 of the Physical Planning Act, 2010, (Act No. 8 of 2010))

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister responsible for physical planning by section 24 of the Physical Planning Act, 2010 and on the recommendation of the Board, this Instrument is made this 18th day of September, 2012.

1. Title.

This Instrument may be cited as the Physical Planning (Declaration of Special Planning Areas) Instrument, 2012.

1. Declaration of special planning areas.

The areas whose description and drawing numbers are specified in the Schedule to this Instrument are declred Special Planning Areas.

1. Inspection.

The detailed description of the areas referred to in paragraph 2 may be insected at the following places—

(a) the Physical Planning Department, Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development, Kampala; and

(c) the headquarters of the respective urban authorities.
