The Public Finance (Procurement) Regulations (Commencement) Instrument,

2001.

(Made under Regulation 2 of the Public Finance(Procurement) Regulations 2000, S.I. 64 of

2000)

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister by regulation 2 of the Public Finance (Procurement) Regulations, 2000, this Instrument is made this 2nd day of February, 2001.

1. This Instrument may be cited as the Public Finance (Procurement) Regulations (Commencement) Instrument, 2001.
2. The 1st day of March 2001 is appointed the day on which regulation 10 to regulation 51 and the Schedule to the Public Finance (Procurement) Regulations, 2000 shall come into force.
