STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 2007 No. 3.

The Land Acquisition (Kampala Northern Bypass Road) Instruments, 2007.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister by subsection (1) of Section 2 of the Land Auquisition Act Cap. 226, this Order is hereby made this 29th day of December 2006.

1. The final alignment of Kampala Northern Bypass Road is hereby declared to be land required by the Government for a Public Purpose.
2. The following parcels of land set out in the schedule here below situated in the Final Alignment of Kampala Northern Bypass Road are hereby declared to be land required by the Government for a Public Purpose
3. Plans of the said land may be inspected at the office of the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys, Entebbe during office hours.
4. This Order may be cited as the Land Acquisition Kampala Northern Bypass Road Order, 2007.
