STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 2007 No. 14. The Refugees Act, 2006 (Commencement) Instrument, 2007.

(Made under section 1(2) of the Refugees Act, 2006, Act No. 21 of2006)

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by section 1(2) of the Refugees Act, 2006, this Instrument is made this 5th day of April, 2007.

1. Title.

This Instrument may be cited as the Refugees Act, 2006 (Commencement) Instrument, 2007.

2. Commencement of Act No. 21 of 2006.

The 10th day of May, 2007 is appointed as the day on which all provisions of the Refugees Act, 2006 except section 21(4), shall come into force.
