The Stamps (Exemption from Stamp Duty) (Increase of Share Capital by Bidco

Uganda Ltd) Instrument, 2006.

(Under section 10 of the Stamps Act, Cap. 342).

In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister responsible for finance by section 10 of the Stamps Act, this Instrument is made this 11th day of November, 2005.

  1. Title

This Instrument may be cited as the Stamps (Exemption from Stamp Duty) (Increase of Share Capital by Bidco Uganda Ltd) Instrument, 2006.

  1. Remission of stamp duty

The stamp duty chargeable under the provisions of section 3 of the Act and payable by Bidco Uganda Limited on the increase of share capital of Bidco Uganda Limited from six billion shillings to nine billion shillings is remitted.
