The Marriage Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order, 2005.
(Under section 38 of the Marriage Act, Cap 251)
In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister by section 38 of the Marriage Act , this Order is made this 21st day of July, 2004.

This Order may be cited as the Marriage Act (Amendment of second schedule) Order, 2005.
- Amendment of Second Schedule to the Marriage Act
The Marriage Act is amended by substituting for the second schedule to the Act, the schedule to this Order. Section 38 SCHEDULE FEES
