The Referendum and Other Provisions (Form of Certificate to be issued by the Clerk to Parliament under section 15(1) of the Referendum and Other Provisions
Act, 2005) Regulations, 2005.
(Under section 31 of the Referendum and Other Provisions Act, 2005, Act No. 1 of2005).
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Attorney General and Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs by section 31 of the Referendum and Provisions Act, 2005, these Regulations are made this 7th day of April, 2005.

These Regulations may be cited as the Referendum and Other Provisions (Form of certificate to be issued by the Clerk to Parliament under section 15(1) of the Referendum and Other Provisions Act, 2005) Regulations, 2005.
- Prescription of form of certificate under section 15(1) of Act No. 1 of
2005
The certificate to be issued by the Clerk to Parliament under section 15(1) of the Referendum and Other Provisions Act, 2005 in respect of a resolution passed by Parliament under article 74(1 )(a) of the Constitution, shall be in the following form—
“CERTIFICATE OF THE CLERK TO PARLIAMENT UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF THE REFERENDUM AND OTHER PROVISIONS ACT, 2005 IN RESPECT OF A RESOLUTION BY PARLIAMENT UNDER ARTICLE 74(1 )(a) OF THE
