The Amnesty Act (Extension of Expiry Period) (No. 2) Instrument, 2005.

(Under section 16 of the Amnesty Act Cap. 294)

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister by section 16 of the Amnesty Act, this Instrument is made this 1st day of August, 2005.

1.           Title and commencement

(1)       This Order may be cited as the Amnesty Act (Extension of Expiry Period) (No. 2) Instrument, 2005.

(2) This Instrument shall come into force on the 15th day of August, 2005.

2.          Extension of expiry period

The expiry period of the Amnesty Act is extended for a period of six months.
