The Expropriated Properties (Sale and Disposal) (Supplementary) Order, 2004.

(Under section 9(1) of the Expropriated Properties Act Cap. 87)

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister responsible for finance by section 9(1) of the Expropriated Properties Act, this Order is made this 17th day of November, 2004.

1.           Title

This Order may be cited as the Expropriated Properties (Sale and Disposal) (Supplementary) Order, 2004.

2.                       Sale of unclaimed properties

S.I.              No. 6 of 1983

The properties set out in the Schedule to this Order shall be sold in the manner stipulated in the Expropriated Properties (Repossession and Disposal), Regulations, 1983.

3.           Order supplement-ary to S.I. No. 17 of 1995 and S.I. No. 14 of 2003

This Order is supplementary to the Expropriated Properties (Sale and Disposal) (Replacement) Order and the Expropriated Properties and (Sale and Disposal) (Supplementary) Order, 2003 and they shall be read as one.
