The Registration of Documents (Fees) (Amendment) Rules, 2005.

In exercise of powers conferred upon the Minister by section 19 of the Registration of Documents Act, these Rules are made this 21st day of July, 2004.

  1. Citation

These Rules may be cited as the Registration of Documents (Fees) (Amendment) Rules, 2005.

  1. Amendment of S.I. 14 of 1975

The Registration of Documents (Fees) Rules are amended by substituting for the schedule to those Rules, the schedule to these Rules.
