The Advocates (Council Fees) Regulations, 2004.
(Under sections 3A and 77 of the Advocates Act, Cap. 267).
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on the Law Council by sections 3A and 77 of the Advocates Act, these Regulations are made this 26th day of August, 2004.
1. Title
These Regulations may be cited as the Advocates (Council Fees) Regulations, 2004.
2. Fees
The Law Council shall charge the fees specified in the second column in respect of the activity or function specified in the first column of the Schedule to these Regulations.
