The Diplomatic Privileges (Extension to International Criminal Court) Regulations, 2004.

(Under section 2 of the Diplomatic Privileges Act, Cap 201).

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the President by section 2 of the Diplomatic Privileges Act, these Regulations are made this 3rd day of March, 2004.

1.          Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Diplomatic Privileges (Extension of International Criminal Court) Regulations, 2004.

2.          Extension of immunities and privileges (Cap. 201)

The immunities and privileges conferred on diplomatic agents by virtue of the Diplomatic Privileges Act are hereby extended to the International Criminal Court, its representatives and officials.
