The Electoral Commission (Appointment of Date of Commencement of Continuous Registration of Voters in Wobulenzi Town Council, Luweero District) Instrument, 2003.

(Under section 18 (1) of the Electoral Commission Act 1997, (as amended) Act No. 3 of 1997.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Commission by section 18 (1) of the Electoral Commission Act, 1997 (as amended), this Instrument is made this 11th day of November, 2003.

1.           This Instrument may be cited as the Electoral Commission (Appointment of Date of Commencement of Continuous Registration of Voters in Wobulenzi Town Council, Luweero District) Instrument, 2003.

2.           The 11th day of November, 2003 is hereby appointed as the date upon which the Commission shall commence the continuous registration of voters’ process in Wobulenzi Town Council, Luweero District for purposes of the Local Government Council by-election in the Town Council.

3.        Paragraph 2(f)of Statutory Instrument No. 82 of 2003, is hereby repealed.
