SCHEDULE STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS 2003 No. 12. The External Trade (Importation Licence) (No. 2) Order, 2003. (Made under section 5A of the External Trade Act, Cap 103) In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister by section 5A of the External Trade Act, this Order is made this 20th day of March, 2003. 1. Citation This Order may be cited as the External Trade (Importation Licence) (No. 2) Order, 2003. 2. Grant of exclusive licence (1) The person listed in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order is granted exclusive licence to import used tyres of different sizes in the quantities listed in column 2 of the Schedule. (2) The exclusive licence referred to in sub-paragraph (1) shall be valid for the one year only and if it expires before a person has imported the number of used tyres authorised by the licence, that person shall forfeit the remainder of the tyres not imported.
