The Animal Breeding Act (Commencement) Instrument, 2002.

(Under section 2 of the Animal Breeding Act, 2001, Act No. 11 of 2001).

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the Minister by section 2 of the Animal Breeding Act, 2001, this Instrument is made this 11th day of December, 2002.

1.          Citation.

This Instrument may be cited as the Animal Breeding Act (Commencement) Instrument, 2002.

2.           Commencement of Act.

The Animal Breeding Act, 2001 shall come into force on the 13th day of December, 2002.
