An Act to provide for the establishment of a National Women’s
Council and to provide for its composition, functions, objects and
powers and for other connected purposes.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“chairperson” means the chairperson of the National Women’s Executive Committee;
“council” means the National Women’s Council established under section 2;
