THE EXCISE TARIFF (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2011 An Act to amend the Schedule to the Excise Tariff Act Cap. 338 for the purposes of varying existing rates or prescribing new rates. Date of Assent: 29th September, 2011. Date of Commencement: 1st July, 2011. Be it enacted by Parliament as follows:
This Act shall come into force on 1st July, 2011.
The Schedule to the Excise Tariff Act is amended as follows— |

(a) in item 1, by substituting for paragraphs (c), (d), (e) and (f) the following— |
