An Act to repeal section of the Customs Tariff Act, 1970, Act No. 17 of 1970.

BE IT ENACTED by Parliament as follows:
1. Short title and commencement.
This Act may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Amendment) Act, 2002 and shall come into force on 1st July, 2001.
2. The Customs Tariff Act, 1970 is amended by repealing section 4.
