required to appraise the evidence and reach an
independent conclusion. That the ministerial
consent was obtained and the appellant is
estopped from claiming otherwise. That the
second transaction did not validate the first one
but was a fresh transaction with new

dealt with the matter of fraud and it was not
proved.
