The court observed that the applicants had proved a prima facie case
which was not vexatious or frivolous as the respondent had instituted and
charged the applicants under the impugned law and the balance of
convenience was in favor of the applicants whose constitutional rights
were at stake.
The court altered the bail terms of the applicants and granted on new
terms allowing the application.
