Court considered whether the applicant was accorded a fair hearing before reaching
the decision to dismiss him. Court held that the applicant had been accorded a fair
hearing before his dismissal. Court was satisfied from its findings that the applicant
had been fairly had given the fact that he was allowed to write a statement and again
called upon to defend himself given the allegations against him. Furthermore he could
not make any claims of salary and other emoluments given that he had been dismissed
for dishonesty and forgery.
Accordingly court dismissed the applicant’s judicial review application.
